It' not all about calories, excercise and fats, but also about the types of foods we eat: Potato crisps, potatoes , sugar-sweetened drinks , unprocessed red meats , and processed meats add to weight problems, while vegetables, whole grains , fruits , nuts , and yogurt can help to lose weight. Switching the type of diet, rather than simply eating less and exercising more , is likely to be more effective.
