Many disorders are covered here but one startling result was that autism prevalence rose from 0.19% in 1997-1999 to 0.74% in 2006-2008 - a near 4 fold increase. This can not be due to genes, so what are the environmental factors that are causing this near epidemic ? What has been added (or taken away) over the last few decades ?
